Gabriel Publications has been providing quality Catholic word games since 1999. Our puzzles have been published in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, and Hong Kong.

 

In addition to providing puzzles for diocesan newspapers and national Catholic newspapers and magazines, our puzzles have appeared in parish bulletins, Catholic collegiate newsletters, and the Knights of Columbus newsletters.

 

In 2001, we published our first book, Word Games for Catholics (now published and distributed by Liguori Publications as Catholic Word Games), a variety word games book filled with crosswords, word searches, cryptograms, acrostics, and other puzzles based on the teachings of the Catholic Church.

 

This summer Gabriel Publications will be offering our latest book, Bible Puzzles: Crosswords, Word Searches, and Games for Adults and Teens, filled with Scripture challenges and fun.

 

Mary L. M. Bartlett is the writer and composer of our word games.

 

Mary graduated from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, with a BA in Humanities, and earned her MA in Religious Studies from Providence College in Rhode Island.

 

Over the past thirty years, Mary has taught Religious Studies at the university level, in parochial high schools, and in parishes for adult and youth programs.
