puzzle--Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator
are the most common examples. |

Make
certain that Java is enabled in your browser.
This is done through the browser’s
preferences. If you aren’t certain how to do
this and need help, send us an e-mail letting us
know which browser you use and we’ll get
back to you with detailed instructions--usually
within 24 hours. |

Java
scripts (the puzzle program) load faster on a
Windows-based computer. If you are using a
Macintosh, be patient--if it seems to be taking
too long, "refresh" the page. |

We
will be adding new puzzles periodically so check
back regularly. |

AOL's
built-in browser will only load one crossword or
one word search puzzle. Until we find a solution,
minimize AOL and go to the site using another
java-enabled browser. Preferably Internet
Explorer. |
